1. What is your return policy?
We offer a strict 7-day return policy to ensure you receive only the highest quality products. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the perfume must be absolutely unused, in its original condition, and the plastic seal/cellophane must be completely intact. Opened or sprayed fragrances cannot be returned due to hygiene protocols.
2. How long does shipping take?
Once your order is confirmed, standard delivery takes 4 to 5 business days across Pakistan. Please note that during national or Islamic holidays, shipping operations may be temporarily paused, and dispatch will resume on the next working day.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are proudly delivering our luxury signature scents exclusively across Pakistan. We are working on expanding our presence globally in the near future.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your premium package is dispatched, our support team will promptly notify you via email or WhatsApp with your delivery and tracking details.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
To ensure a smooth and secure checkout, we accept Direct Bank Transfers (Priority Processing with a reduced delivery fee) and Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders, a standard advance shipping fee of Rs. 200 is required to confirm order authenticity.
