At The Constant Fragrance, we are committed to ensuring that your premium signature scents reach you safely, securely, and in pristine condition. We proudly deliver across Pakistan. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
1. Shipping Charges & Payment Options To maintain the highest level of service and ensure order authenticity, we offer the following structured payment options:

Cash on Delivery (COD): A standard shipping fee of Rs. 200 must be paid in advance via bank transfer or mobile wallet to confirm your order. The remaining balance (the cost of your fragrance) will be collected in cash at the time of delivery.

Direct Bank Transfer (Priority Processing): A reduced flat shipping rate of Rs. 100 applies. We highly encourage full advance payments for a smoother, faster checkout, and priority order dispatch.
2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery Time: Once your order is confirmed (and the advance shipping fee is received), please allow 4 to 5 business days for your fragrance to arrive at your doorstep.

Order Processing: Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed late in the evening or on Sundays will be processed the following business day.
3. Public & Religious Holidays We deeply respect and observe all national and Islamic holidays (such as Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Ashura, etc.). If you place an order during or immediately preceding a holiday, please note that courier operations are paused nationwide. Your order will be safely reserved and dispatched immediately on the first business day following the holiday. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during these festive periods.
4. Order Tracking & Support Once your luxury package is dispatched, our team will notify you via email or WhatsApp with your delivery details.
